Chuck Pagano on how they replace a number of leaders – Robert Mathis, D'Qwell Jackson, Mike Adams – who are no longer on the team: "I think it's all part of the deal where we have to develop new leaders. Andrew (Luck) is always going to be at the forefront of that. It comes with the job, he understands that, but the way the league is now, with free agency, rosters are turning over and you're going to lose people. At some point you ‘re going to have say good bye to some great leaders, some great players. That's on us, that's on me, the coaching staff and everybody else to develop new leaders."
