Hundreds of mourners, many in the colors of Hapoel Tel Aviv F.C., gathered Friday in tribute to a popular HTA fan extraordinaire, Omer Harmesh, 48, who had a tattoo of the club's symbol on his arm. The son of a noted peace advocate, Harmesh was killed in the Hamas attack on Israel. The team song resonated poignantly during the funeral service.
