A federal jury has found in favor of the U.S. Soccer Federation and MLS in the antitrust lawsuit filed against the two entities by the North American Soccer League.

The antitrust lawsuit filed by the North American Soccer League against the U.S. Soccer Federation and MLS can go to trial after a federal judge denied one of the motions for summary judgement filed by the USSF and MLS.

The Supreme Court of the State of New York has dismissed a lawsuit filed by the NASL against 15 board members of the USSF.

U.S. Soccer declined to alter its sanctioning process to accommodate a $500M proposal from New York Cosmos owner Rocco Commisso to revamp the NASL.

Rocco Commisso has extended his deadline for the U.S. Soccer Federation to consider his offer to invest $500 million in a revamped NASL.
