— Mason Moore returned an interception for a touchdown to highlight another strong defensive performance by Lehigh and the Mountain Hawks defeated rival Lafayette 38-14 on Saturday to claim the Patriot League's automatic bid to the FCS Playoffs.

— Jamar Curtis ran for two touchdowns and caught a pass for a third as Lafayette scored three first-quarter touchdowns and rolled to a 42-10 win over Stonehill in a non-conference game on Saturday.

— Jamar Curtis ran for 122 yards and three touchdowns and his last one with 2:34 left served as the game winner and Lafayette beat Colgate 21-20 on Saturday.

— Ralph Rucker IV had two touchdown runs and his touchdown pass with 5 1/2 minutes remaining lifted Bucknell to a 21-14 victory over Lafayette on Saturday.

— Savion Hart and Udechukwu Enyeribe each ran for touchdowns and Zeraun Daniel had two of Georgetown’s four interceptions as the Hoyas shutout Lafayette 17-0 in their Patriot League opener Saturday.

— Dean DeNobile threw for three touchdowns and Lafayette scored 14 points in the final 2:20 of the third quarter to help get past winless Fordham 28-23 on Saturday.

— Chase Goodwin and Cole Freeman each threw for a pair of scores and Columbia opened its season with a 31-20 win over Lafayette on Saturday to give new coach Jon Poppe the win.
