— ShunDerrick Powell ran for 140 yards on 19 carries and FCS No. 13-ranked Central Arkansas withstood West Georgi's furious rally and beat the Wolves 34-33 on Saturday.

— Maverick McIvor passed for 350 yards and five touchdowns — three of them to Nehemiah Martinez — and Abilene Christian defeated Central Arkansas 41-34 on Saturday in a battle between ranked FCS teams from the United Athletic Conference.

— ShunDerrick Powell ran for 178 yards and two touchdowns as Central Arkansas, ranked No. 7 in the FCS coaches poll, cruised to a 34-14 win over Lamar in a non-conference game on Saturday night.
