Sacramento State has met with former NFL sensation Mike Vick about its open head coaching position, the school's president told ESPN.
— Miles Hastings threw three touchdown passes for UC Davis, but it was Lan Larinson's 59-yard touchdown run late in the fourth quarter that helped the Aggies hold off Sacramento State 42-39 in a regular-season finale on Saturday.
— Jackson Akins threw for 305 yards and two touchdowns and Noah Serna made all four of his field goal attempts including the game winner and Cal Poly beat Sacramento State 26-23 on Saturday.
— Tommy Mellott and Julius Davis both had two of Montana State's seven rushing touchdowns and the Bobcats rolled to a 49-7 victory over Sacramento State on Saturday.
— Dante Chachere threw a touchdown pass and ran for four TDs Saturday night to help Portland State beat Sacramento State 58-38.
