Morgan State piles on D-II Lincoln (PA) for 41-0 win
Taylor threw a 79-yard scoring pass to Andre Crawley for the game's first score. The point-after attempt was blocked. Myles Miree ran it in from the 8 with 5:35 left for a 13-0 lead.
Early in the second, J.J. Beckett had a 25-yard scoring run, and Crawley — a wide receiver — threw a 21-yard scoring pass to Marque Phillip for a 27-0 lead just before intermission.
Crawley finished with 113 yards receiving on six catches.
The last time the two played was in 1953 when both teams were members of the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association. Morgan State shut the Lions out in that one 20-0. The Bears (3-3) have a 21-3 series lead over the Lions since 1930. Lincoln's last win against the Bears was 1948 in a 19-12 win.
