Tylor Latham answered for Air Force with a 4-yard touchdown run before Dampier’s 2-yard touchdown run made 28-17 just before halftime. Dampier also had a 7-yard TD run in the first quarter.
The Lobos scored 17 points in the third quarter, capped by Sanders’ 31-yard touchdown run to stretch the advantage to 45-17. Sanders added a 35-yard TD run to make it 52-24 with 10:54 left.
