SVP and Stanford Steve are here to discuss the NFL Wildcard round and look ahead to the CFP Semifinals. NO ONE is talking about Oregon, can the Ducks shock the world? And can Ole Miss keep it going under Pete Golding? Plus an extended discussion on what Curt Cignetti has done in an incredibly challenging CFB landscape. On to the NFL, thoughts from the SNF THRILLER that saw the Steelers steal one from Baltimore and punch their ticket to the playoffs. All eyes on Josh Allen, right? But let’s not forget he doesn’t play defense. The guys share the teams they’re most excited to watch in the postseason and more. The NFL looms as the most likely option, but nothing has been decided. He’s spending the upcoming days exploring what the NFL would look like for next year. A majority of his energy this week will be spent on what NFL options would look like.
Two key Alabama players are headed to the NCAA transfer portal.
Alabama starting RT Wilkin Formby is entering the NCAA transfer portal, he told ESPN. He started 14 games this year for the Tide this year.
Alabama defensive end Keon Keeley tells ESPN that he’s entering the NCAA transfer portal. He’s the former No. 1 defensive end from the class of 2023 and ESPN’s No. 12 overall recruit that year. He had three sacks this year.

Indiana handed Alabama their worst loss in bowl season history, repeatedly punching the Tide in the face while securing a spot in the semi finals against Oregon who shut out BIG 12 Champion Texas Tech 23-0. Miami’s defense shut down Ohio State and got enough from Carson Beck and company to move on to the semi finals where they will take on Ole Miss who stunned SEC Champion Georgia in the Sugar Bowl (but might be without some coaches moving forward). McElroy gives his reaction to all of the incredible CFP quarterfinal games.
