Sources: Florida tights end coach/co-offensive coordinator Russ Callaway is expected to be promoted to offensive coordinator. He started at UF in an off-field role in 2022 and has been promoted three times since then. Callaway will remain in the tight ends in the position room, and his responsibilities with the offensive will grow. Florida coach Billy Napier remains the play-caller. Callaway, 37, worked as the OC at Samford from 2016-19.
